Site work and new construction of a residential development in Miami, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Eastern Shawnee Tribal Housing Authority is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to construct twelve (12) three bedroom homes. A. Concrete slabs and footings shall be a minimum of 3,000psi after 28 days, five sack mix/CY concrete with a maximum slump of 4" B. Protect all concrete from freezing for a minimum of five days. SITE WORK A. Strip away a minimum of 12" of black dirt/overburden and replace with engineered fill compacted in 8" lifts. Concrete slab shall be a minimum of 6" above the adjacent grade to provide adequate drainage. B. Fine grade with black dirt, the entire site as required for a smooth yard. The black dirt shall be imported and is not available on site. C. Provide hydro-seed on all disturbed areas. MECHANICAL A. Ductwork shall be insulated sheet metal, maximum run of flex duct shall be 5' B. HVAC equipment shall have a minimum warranty period of five (5) years. ELECTRICAL A. Load centers (Breaker panels) shall be a minimum of 200 amps breaker style panels equal to Square D. B. All wiring/devices shall meet or exceed current edition of IEC. PLUMBING A. Water lines shall be PEX. Waste/Vent lines shall be PVC. C. Water heater shall be 60 gallon electric. D. Faucets shall be equal to Delta. Plumbing fixtures shall be equal to American Standard. TRIM/FINISHES A. Exterior Doors shall be 1 3/4 " painted metal doors with weather stripping and thresholds. Interior Doors shall be 1 3/8" stain grade oak, hollow core doors. B. Wood trim shall be stain grade white pine colonial style casing and base. Scope of work: Twelve (12) three bedroom houses built on 105 Road, rural Ottawa County, Oklahoma.
