Site work and new construction of a retail development in Miami, Oklahoma. Working plans call for the construction of a retail development; and for site work for a retail development.
**As of March 18, 2024 bids received for this project has been rejected. As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid. The City of Miami is seeking sealed bids for the demolition of old shop bay building , stamped engineering drawings, construction of metal shop bay building and new roof on south building located at 815 D NE in Miami OK. The demolition will be on a building that is 40 x 100 with an approximate sized 30 x 12 awning. The replacement building will be 40 x 100 with an approximate 100 x 12 awning attached to north side of building. The new roof on south building will be 60 4 +/- Width x 120 4 +/- Length. The City of Miami reserves the right to accept the bid which, in its judgment is the lowest and best bid, to reject any or all bids, and to waive irregularities or informalities at its discretion Questions regarding documents, discrepancies, omissions, or intent of the specifications or drawings shall be submitted in writing to the City of Miami through Project Manager at least seven (7) days prior to the submission deadline to provide time for issuing and forwarding an addendum. Any interpretation of the contract documents will be made only by addendum duly issued or delivered by the City of Miami to each person receiving a set of documents. The City of Miami will not be responsible for any other explanations or interpretation of the contract documents.
