The Peoria Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma This Request for pricing will be for a linear foot of labor for our designed decorative fence with the tribe purchasing all the raw materials. Any rental equipment, locates, permits, bonds etc. will be the contractor's responsibility for each project. The contractor will be responsible for removing all debris in a timely manner from project sight. Contractor must have proof of current general liability, workers compensation insurance and current W-9 on file with The Peoria Tribe of Indians, any questions please contact Darin Abernathy 918-961-0375 email: dabernathy@peoriatribe.com Project task / components: Project tasks to be performed to complete this project are as follows. Excavation of 24" deep by 9" hole. Install 3" x 7' square metal fence posts in hole plum & level & fill with concrete. Assemble 2" x 1" top & bottom cords, install 3/4 spindles according to design drawings. Prep all surfaces in preparation for primer and paint phase of project. Primer and paint phases to be performed by others. The first project will consist of 630' of fence with 2- sets of 20' double gates across the front of the Peoria Tribes cemetery. Award date will be September 19th, 2023. Project time frame will be negotiated once award has been announced. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids.
