All questions relative to the project shall be submitted through the SciQuest bidding site/Utah
Public Procurement Place (U3P). Questions will be accepted until 12:00 pm, Wednesday,
January 26, 2022. All response A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% of Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check or a Bid bond The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the City. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted Approximately 870 linear feet of a new jetty.
Install light pole foundations and conduit along new jetty, as well as conveyance pipes.
Dredge inner harbor created by new jetty and existing jetty.
Rerouting of existing conveyance pipe to new discharge point into Utah Lake Project number - 360.11.300
The following portions of the Work shall be substantially completed on or before February 28, 2022 The remaining portions of the Work, except for asphalt paving, shall be substantially completed within 120 working days after Notice to Proceed and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions after an additional 10 days.
