The City of South Jordan needs a contractor to construct and install a secondary irrigation pump system at Mulligans. The project will consist of the construction and installation of a secondary irrigation pump system. The project consists of installation of pond inlet pipe and wet well box, electrical connection and pump installation, demolition of existing pump structure, and associated site improvements. The project also includes the furnishing and installation of all materials; all labor; supplies; tools, equipment, parts, rentals, fuels, utilities, subcontractors, suppliers, mobilization and all other cost including overhead and profit necessary to complete the project based on construction plans. All inquiries and responses must be made online. ll work shall be completed no later than April 1, 2022 so as not to interfere with the delivery of water for the golf course; The City will be collecting Liquidated Damages the day following April 2, 2022. Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the ITB No pre-bid conference will be held.
