Description and location of Project: This project is to provide a new 12-inch pipe system along the rear easement located behind 7606 Norbourne Ave. All work shall be done in accordance to MSD's Standard Specifications. SCOPE OF WORK This Contract is to provide 274 linear feet (LF) of 12-inch pipe, four (4) 12" x 12" x 10" Tee installation, two (2) 24" x 24" catch basins, four (4) 18" x 18" yard drains, one (1)headwall installations, tree & brush removal, wooden fence replacement, and final restoration. There will be no pre-bid meeting held for this project. The Engineer's Construction Cost Estimate for this project is between $ 40,000.00 and $80,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Project Manager for this Invitation to Bid is Joseph S Exely. Questions received less than two days prior to the date for opening of bids will not be answered. Only answers by formal written Addenda will be binding. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest, responsive, responsible bid, subject to the approval of the MSD Board.
