Newburg - $81,892.65 Complete Project Cost: 172,609.44 Pre-Proposal questions shall be submitted via email to Wyatte Wynn, Director of Purchasing/Bids (purchasingbids@jefferson.kyschools.us) All questions and responses will be posted where this proposal is displayed by 4:00 p.m., Friday, November 12, 2021 The actual period of the contract will be from December 14, 2021, or date of Board approval, through September 1, 2022. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide the School District of Jefferson County Public Schools (referenced in this document as JCPS or the "District") with walk-in cooler/walk-in freezer units and installation. The offerors will work in conjunction with JCPS Engineers and General Contractor assigned to new school projects in the District. Newburg: Work may begin on March 15, 2022 with a substantial completion date of April 29, 2022. Dixie: Work May begin on April 15, 2022 with a substantial completion date of May 29, 2022.
