Renovation of an educational facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Substantial Completion - Subject to the conditions of Article 16, "Delays and Extensions of Time" of the General Conditions, the Work to be done under this combined construction contract shall be commenced at the same time stipulated in the Work Order to the Contractor and shall be substantially completed in Six (60) consecutive calendar days thereafter. Final Completion - Subject to the conditions of Article 16, "Delays and Extension of Time" of the General Conditions, the total work to be done under this construction contract shall be fully completed within fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days after the Date of Substantial Completion. Current Goals (Minority& Female) Minority - 12.2% Female - 3.5% The University has established a Preferable Goal for construction/renovation project participation at 20% Minority Owned and 5% Woman-Owned Businesses. Alternatively, firms may also achieve this goal with a combined Minority and Women participation level of 25% for the project.
