Site work for a water / sewer project in Summersville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Emergency Water Line Replacement Critical Needs Project which includes approximately a 250 LF Horizontal Directional Drill. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Emergency Water Line Replacement Critical Needs Project The Work will be substantially completed within 30 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 30 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day. A bidder may not withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of bids. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to City of Summersville in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The City of Summersville reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
