Renovation of a municipal facility in Savannah, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of January 19, 2022, project was not yet awarded probably after it goes to the board on January 28, 2022. A Bid Bond of 5 Payment and Performance Bonds (100% of bid) will be required for this project at the time of contract award. Chatham County has an equal opportunity purchasing policy.
