The City will take responsibility for tasks such as public outreach, permitting, and reporting to meet the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) loan requirements. The following is a preliminary scope of work. The consultant may propose modifications to this scope of work as deemed advantageous, prudent, or necessary, based upon experience and expertise. The final scope of work is subject to negotiation after the City selects a consultant.
