ACC's objectives of this solicitation are to award one contract with a Supplier to provide deferred maintenance and renovation services for ACC Northridge Campus Building 3000. NRG 3000 was built in 1988 and was occupied when the campus opened in 1989. It is a two-story steel framed, non-sprinklered building with masonry veneer exterior walls. The roof was replaced in 2006 and solar panels were installed in 2012. The building is 27,765 total square feet divided almost evenly between the two floors. The building is being re-purposed for ACC's Continuing Education (CE) department. Renovations are expected to occur June, 2022 - June, 2023, to allow CE to hold classes for the Fall 2023 semester. All responses must be submitted in the Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS) portal, by the date and time indicated above and annotated in the solicitation. ACC Business Offices and campus locations are currently closed to the public due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation. However, the Business Services Office Staff are working remotely to facilitate the needs of its customers.
