1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors. 2. The City of Calgary ("The City") is seeking for a qualified Supplier to supply natural gas power generator sets and generator control systems for pump stations and water treatment plant operation, and to provide preventative maintenance and technical support as required. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. Unless specified otherwise elsewhere in the Information Table under Agreement(s), Terms, Renewal and Proof of Concept (PoC), it is The City's intention to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. T The term of the Agreement will be for a term of five (5) years. Other agreement(s) related to the use or maintenance and support of any of the Deliverables may also be negotiated and executed."
