Renovation of a medical facility in Parry Sound, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter an Agreement with a competent, skilled, and knowledgeable Contractor/Engineering Firm to supply and install New Chiller, and the removal of the old Chiller and disposal in an environmentally friendly manner. All work to be completed according to all Acts, Standards and Regulation applicable in the Province of Ontario. Upon completion of the work, the Successful Proponent will obtain approvals and inspections from all applicable boards and agencies. The objective will include but is not limited to: the Successful Proponent to provide all engineered drawings, supervision, labour, materials, and obtain all required permits and licenses to design, supply and install the new Chiller. The Successful Proponent will ensure the removal and disposal of old equipment is complete in an environmentally friendly manner. The Successful Proponent will be responsible to assist in completing all paperwork and documentation for the West Parry Sound Health Centre to obtain any incentive funding that is applicable and available for this requirement.
