Site work and renovation of a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Proposed Disinfection Station - including reinforced concrete secondary containment, canopy, tanks, chemical feed equipment room, chemical feeders, yard piping. Proposed Natural Gas Powered Emergency Generator - including demo of existing generator and pad, reinforced concrete foundation, attendant conduit/wiring/devices. Propose Rehabilitation of Existing Ground Storage Tank - including cleaning of tank, shell vents, roof vents, level gauges, abrasive blasting and painting of interior & exterior of tank. Miscellaneous Site Work - installation of detention pond, reinforced concrete sidewalks, removal of existing chlorine gas feeder equipment, site restoration. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
