Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project no: 102-0040, 5830-00 Provide and install rotating drum screen headworks and attendant equipment; two (2) reinforced concrete aeration basins and attendant fine bubble diffusers; two (2) reinforced concrete digester basins and attendant medium bubble diffusers and decant systems; replace all coarse bubble with fine bubble diffuser systems in existing aeration basins and entrance channels; one (1) centrifugal aeration blower; one (1) RAS pump station; one (1) scum pump station; upgrade of on-site lift station; two (2) reinforced concrete chlorine contact basins and upgrade of disinfection equipment. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
