Period of Performance: 01/03/2022 to 03/04/2022 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The contractor shall accomplish: Services shall include but not limited to the contractor furnishing the gates, completed install of all the equipment, hardware and tutorial of how to manually program functions. A gooseneck style pinpad will also be installed for the manual entry and override of the system as needed. A thorough testing of the system will be required so as to avoid locking residents in. The auto detect system on the exit side shall open the exit gate to allow vehicles to exit once the programmed unction is enabled. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform/provide automated entrance and security gates as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. A bid guarantee is not required but a Payment Bond is required.
