Square Footage: 400 ft 2 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Project no -2021.011.025 The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is accepting proposals to furnish all labor, materials, insurance, equipment and supervision required for the renovations of 3 sets of mens and women restroom areas at the TWC Criss Cole Rehabilitation Center (CCRC) building located at 4800 North Lamar Blvd, Austin, Texas 78756. Project will include demolition of existing toilet partitions, plumbing fixtures, toilet accessories, ceramic wall tile, floor finishes, ceiling work to accommodate the replacement of new installation of these items. A small amount of selective ACM abatement will be required by contractor with ACM abatement plan and monitoring being supplied by TWC environmental consultant. The TWC intends to continue to occupy the building during construction and therefore the work must not interfere with normal business operations.
