Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government anticipates funds w ill become available prior to aw ard as this action has been identified on the National Guard priority list. No contract aw ard w ill be made until appropriated funds are made available. This construction repair project will install addressable fire alarm (FA) control panels with Mass Notification System (MNS) capabilities within the identified buildings as well as replacing all devices and wiring configured for an addressable system. The project will also install a base wide central monitoring system that will consist of a Primary receiver installed within the Security Forces Base Defense Operation Center (BDOC) and the Secondary receiver installed within the Command Post. The central monitoring system will communicate with the building's new FA/MNS systems via Radio Frequency transmissions. 2. Instructions to Bidders: 2.1.
