Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Florence, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
In general, the project includes improvements to the following: Raw Water Intake, Raw Water Pumping Station, Sedimentation Basins, Gravity Filters, Filter Pipe Galleries, Finished Water Metering Pit, Administrative Areas, Electrical Systems, and SCADA Systems. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of the Owner, and to reject non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty days from the date set for receiving the bids.
