The project consists of the rehabilitation of 1,280 feet of 6" clay sanitary sewer pipe by the Cured-in-Place (CIPP) method and 676 feel of 8" clay sanitary sewer pipe by the Cured-in-Place (CIPP) method or by pipe bursting methods up to 10", for a total of 1,956 feet of pipe. All bid items shall include labor, equipment and material as required to complete project. Please provide detail proposal for this cope of work. The lines are located on Walters Drive between Heather Drive and S. Cherry Lane, S. Cherry Lane between Walters Drive and N Penrod Drive, S Cherry Lane between W. Pearl and W. Doyle St, W. Doyle between S. Cherry and S Ables and S. Ables between W. Doyle and W. Bluff. A new manhole will be added near 102 S Cherry Lane on the north end of that segment. The contractor is responsible for the cleaning and televising of the lines before and after construction. Repair of facilities impacted by the insertion pits are considered incidental to the line item for rehabilitation of the pipe. Access to the sanitary sewers will be from existing City right-of-way. Contractor to follow the City of Fort Worth specifications attached and all referenced City of Fort Worth Specifications. Work on the contract shall be completed within 120 Calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
