Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Granbury, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
2022 Sidewalk Project-Harbor Lakes Drive - The project consists of the construction of sidewalks along Brazos Harbor Road from Watson Way to 350 feet east of Alexandria Drive. The project consists construction of 5' wide sidewalks, curb ramps and 6" concrete curbs. All bid items shall include labor, equipment and material as required to complete the bid item. The sidewalks are primarily located along the south side of Harbor Lakes Drive and complete existing sidewalks in the area. Contractor to follow the North Central Texas Council of Government (NCTCOG) specifications, City of Granbury specifications and be incompliance with federal ADA standards. Work on the contract shall be completed within 120 Calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $200.00/Day for each day the contractor exceeds the Contract Time. Contractor is responsible for restoring the area upon completion of the work. Restoration is incidental to the bid items. Traffic control consisting of basic cones and men working signs are incidental to the bid items. Contractors are encouraged to visit the site before submitting a bid. Questions and inquiries about the bidding process should be submitted in writing to Christy Russell at crussell@granbury.org. The deadline for submitting written requests for clarification is until 12:00 p.m. Central Standard time Tuesday, September 6th, 2022.
