The City of Fairborn, Ohio will receive sealed bids for the 2021 Traffic Signal Upgrade Project. Work includes, but is not limited to: Black signal supports with mast arms New signal cabinets and controllers with UPS battery backup LED vehicular signals with backplates Radar detection, LED countdown pedestrian signals Audible pedestrian pushbuttons. Each submitted proposal must be on the forms provided and contain all required documents included in the bid packet. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bidding, and to enter into a contract with the bidder(s) who in the City's opinion offers the lowest and best bid. This item shall consist of removing and, when noted, resetting/relaying various miscellaneous items, salvaging and/or disposing of resulting materials, and backfilling resulting pits and trenches in accordance with these specifications to the lines and grades noted on the plans or as directed by the Engineer. B. Items covered include, but are not limited to, concrete or masonry structures, sidewalk, curb, curb and gutter, catch basins, inlets, manholes, pipe, fence, signs, traffic signal, other poles and structures not suitable to be left in the roadway or are considered objectionable. C. Where work under this item is included in other specifications, pay items shall be included with those specifications as noted in the Scope of Work.
