All work will be performed at the detailed and specific direction of the City Engineer's Office. Contractor shall be prepared to enter into an agreement immediately upon award of Contract. Project shall be completed by July 1, 2022. Failure to complete on time shall result in liquidated damages in the amount indicated in the current INDOT Schedule of Liquidated Damages
