Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and golf course.

The project consists of construction of four ball fields with mass grading for a future four field complex, one full size soccer/football field, new fencing, dugouts, infields and outfields, sand volleyball, basketball court, new parking fields throughout the park, entrance road, disc golf course, new park pavilions, new led lighting for fields, parking and roads, electrical systems, and other utilities. A 5% Bid Bond will be required. The Allen County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities in the bidding. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the opening of bids without consent of the Owner.
