Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Scottsville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Allen County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities in the bidding. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the opening of bids without the consent of the Owner A 5% Bid Bond will be required Phase 2 of the project will consist of construction of Quad Plex Fields 1 through 4, Soccer/Football Multi Use Fields, Water, Sewer, And Electrical Util- ities, Parking fields to gravel base only, main drive entrances Full Pavement Section, Irrigation for fields, Fine Grading. Contractors should note that sub grades were established with Phase 1 earthwork. Fine Grading, Quad Plex Fields 1 to 4, Soccer/Football Field, Site Utilities (Water, Sewer, Electric), Parking Areas, Main Drive Entrance A Pre-Bid Meeting will not be held for Phase New Park East Lane Scottsville, KY Phase 2 Pre-Bid Meeting will not be held for Phase 2.
