Renovation of an educational facility in Laramie, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

All labor and materials for installation of irrigation systems for trees and grass on university property along walkways between 15th and 30th Streets, along Harney Street, as well as university property between Binford and Armory streets along 22nd Street. The estimated project completion date is September 1, 2022. Only bids submitted electronically and on University of Wyoming forms will be considered. The Contractor shall furnish all of the materials and perform all of the work shown on the Drawings and described in the Project Manual entitled "Upgrade Campus Irrigation - Harney & 22 nd Street", and shall do everything required by this Agreement, the General Conditions of the Contract, the Instructions to Bidders, where applicable, the Drawings, the Specifications and any duly issued Addenda thereto. After the Agreement is signed, modifications to the scope of Work, Cost or Time indicated in the Agreement including any changes to the GMP for a CMAR may only be made by a written amendment or change order, including any applicable Change Documents. The changes may be made by Change Order or Construction Change Directives without notice to sureties. The CONTRACTOR shall not proceed with the work associated with any change involving an increase or decrease in cost or time without receiving prior written authorization from the Owner, except in the case of an emergency threatening public safety or during a pending a claim as set forth in Article 40. Furthermore, CONTRACTOR must proceed in accordance with the procedures set forth in this article and the "Time and Delay" article. If the CONTRACTOR proceeds with any change involving an increase or decrease in cost or time without written authorization from the Owner as required by this paragraph, the CONTRACTOR hereby waives all rights or claims they may have in connection with or as a result of the change or obligations they have to perform the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents should the change be rescinded, declined or rejected. All Change Order requests initiated by CONTRACTOR shall be deemed timely submitted if, and only if, they are submitted within seven (7) days of the date the CONTRACTOR discovers, or reasonably should discover, the circumstances giving rise to the Change Order request, unless additional time is allowed in writing by Owner's representative for submission of the Change Order request. Such requests must be made in a format approved by Owner and include justification for the request in addition to the information set forth in D below.
