Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Kalispell, Montana. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility.
*Please contact the construction manager for access to the bid results. Supply and Install Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings Bidders are to include: Structural Skeleton, All Exterior Wall and Roof Thermal Insulation, Metal Roofing & Siding, Exterior Flashings of Penetrations, Exterior Gutters and Downspouts, Interior Metal Liner Panel & Closure trims (4 sides), Anchor Bolt Drawings and Final Shop Drawings. Not included with the scope is: Man-Doors including associated Frames or Hardware, Window Systems, or Overhead Doors. The before mentioned scopes will be bid in a later phase. All bids must include appropriate taxes (Gross Receipts Tax), permits specific to their scope and wage rates. The current wage rates for the project are included in the construction specifications. This project consists of the construction of Two (2) Prefabricated Metal Buildings located in Kalispell, MT. The alternate for this phase is a separate open vehicle storage building.
