Renovation of a fire / police facility in Laurens, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

Civil Engineering Scope of Work is documented on drawings C-000, C200, C250, C300, C500, C510 and C851. Additional Civil Engineering for site parking, sidewalks and front plaza to be provided by Owner under separate contract and is not included in this scope of work. Also, site demolition of existing side- walks and paving is not included in this scope of work. The civil work in this scope consists of site grading for new building addition; connections to utilities for sewer, water and electrical systems, and sediment/erosion control. Also, finish grading and re-grassing of disturbed areas is included in this scope of work. Bidders' Questions: Architect will provide responses to bidders' questions received up to 1 business day prior to bid date Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time.
