Site work for a mixed-use development in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.

The Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency (SPSA), Provincial Public Safety Telecommunications Network (PPSTN), requires drop antenna and link antenna installation at three (3) new radio sites in Saskatchewan, as further described in the RFB Particulars (Appendix A). #1 - located at Deer Ridge, with two (2) link sites; one (1) at Shellbrook and one (1) at Spruce Home. #2 - located at Gallivan, with one (1) link site at Cutknife. #3 - located at Goodwater, with one (1) link site at Weyburn. It is expected that the Successful Contractor will be responsible for the following: - Install a total of three (3) drop antennas and five (5) link antennas, and realign two (2) link antennas with supply/install of appropriate transmission lines; - Pick up necessary SPSA/RCMP supplied installation materials from the Prince Albert, North Battleford, or Regina warehouse; - Bill of Materials and field installation Statement of Work provided in Appendix D - Scope of Work Details; - Complete all work in a professional manner utilizing skilled tradespersons; - Coordinate with RCMP for installation of antenna and transmission line; This may require additional trips to be included in submission - Obtain approvals from tower owner (Sasktel); - Include a return trip for antenna alignment; to be coordinated and executed with RCMP technicians. Antennas will be supplied by SPSA and RCMP and will be install only, but many miscellaneous materials will be required by the contractor to supply and manufacture to specifications to accommodate the install, as further detailed in Appendix D - Scope of Work Details. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year. Deadline for Questions December 6, 2021
