Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Nickerson, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of constructing approximately 1,700 TN of 2" asphalt overlay, 1,122 TN of 4" asphalt base repair, 70 TN of 6" asphalt pavement, 436 SY of 8" concrete pavement, 101 LF of concrete curb and gutter, 3 curb inlet top replacements, and all associated removals/millings. The Project includes furnishing all equipment, materials, labor, earthwork, construction site erosion and sediment management, re-vegetation, and all necessary related items required to facilitate the repairs necessary for the Project as described in detail on the Bid Form and shown in the project documents. Before the Preconstruction Conference, prepare and submit for review Contractor's detailed schedule(s) for sequencing and performing the work items that are included in the Project Sections of each individual Bid Package the Contractor will be completing. Contractor's proposed schedule(s) must indicate (to the satisfaction of Owner and Engineer) how the contracted work items will be performed in an orderly and sound progression to properly complete the Contractor's Bid Package(s) in accordance with the Contract requirements and time limits. Before the Preconstruction Conference, prepare and submit for review the Contractor(s) phased Traffic Management and Safety Plan (for each individual Bid Package that Contractor will be performing the Work for) that is acceptable to the Owner. The initial phase(s) of the Traffic Plan must be implemented at the start of Construction.
