All Bidders shall submit and enclose with their bid a notarized certification that the Contractor is not barred from bidding on the Contract as a result of a violation of either Section 33 E-3 or 33 E-4 of Article 33E, Public Act 85-1295 (Senate Bill 2002) effective January 1, 1989. Failure of Bidders to submit bid bond, certified check or cashier's check in amount to cover proposals bid upon is cause for rejection of bid. accessories and miscellaneous construction to complete the project. Base Bid: General Contractor shall provide coordination, labor and materials for
Renovation Work including but not limited to:
1. Cutting and patching concrete at existing parking and sidewalks to re-locate
accessible parking space, build new concrete accessibility ramp and railings,
modifying the entry landing and doors and entry, including demolition and build
new of concrete sidewalk, and new ADA handrails, door and sidelight, ramp and
all accessories.
2. Protection of existing construction, adjacent property and installations to remain.
Protect and renovate the areas as shown.
4. Site cleaning, material disposal, dumpsters and barriers as required by the work,
regulations, OSHA and the public safety.
5. Coordination of all subcontractors and suppliers.
