Job Location: 340 Princess St., 25 Furby St., 30 Wynford Dr., 75 & 83 Morrow Ave., Winnipeg, MB This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Central Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing ("Owner") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for security upgrades for four buildings as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). CPPD requires the services of an Electrical Contractor for Security Upgrade Projects for four (4) sites in Winnipeg at 340 Princess Street, 25 Furby Street, 30 Wynford Drive and 75 & 83 Morrow Avenue. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the supply, installation and commissioning of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, intercom systems and site lighting. Deadline for questions is December 9, 2021.
