Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Richmond, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
The Contractor will be supplying and installing approximately seven (7) units of 15' 6" wide by 8' high pad-lockable, double swing expandable metal gate(s) (please see Section 11 of this ITQ for ordering and volume requirements), as follows: a) 3 1/2 " OD (SCH 40) gate posts; b) posts plated with 6" x 6" x1/2" galvanized base plates c/w 1/2" x 3 3/4 " anchor bolts; c) double swing gate 15' 6" wide x 96" high; and d) gate frames 1 5/8" OD pipe that comes with industrial galvanized hinges, pad-lockable 24" drop rod / 7" drop pin assembly and 8" diameter wheels.
