A detailed scope has not yet been released. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Medina County Sanitary Engineers has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Hinckley Wastewater Treatment Plant Headworks Improvement Project 2022. The intent of the Project is to effectively update the raw wastewater influent screening technology and eliminate the existing comminutors in the facility. The scope of work is to include the evaluation of the existing system, design and preparation of specifications for its replacement, assistance with the bidding process including preparation of contract documents as well as construction management services. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. Consultants submitting proposals on this project should be thoroughly familiar with the rules, regulations and practices of this department. Medina County Sanitary Engineers reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive proposal informalities, and to accept the lowest responsible proposal that serves the interest of the department. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
