The Services of a Qualified and Experienced Contractor to Furnish All Required Tools, Equipment, Materials, Supplies, Labor and Supervision Necessary for Performing the Requested Maintenance at Various Lots as Specified by the City of Lake Wales Code Complaince Division. This Service Shall Include, Without Limitation: Cleanup of All Waste, Debris and Vegetation Cuttings Within Each Designated Site, and the Proper Disposal and/or Recycling of Debris Created. The Bids Submitted and the Purchase Order, if Issued, Shall Be in Complete Accordance With, Without limitation, This Invitation to Bid, the Attached City of Lake Wales Specifications and All Codes, Requirements and Other Regulations Referenced Therein. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to re-advertise, or to waive any informalities in bids. All taxes of any kind payable on account of the work done and materials furnished under this contract shall be paid by the successful bidder and shall be deemed to have been included in its bid. The laws of the State of Florida provide that sales and use taxes are payable by the contractor upon the tangible personal property incorporated in the work and such taxes shall be paid by the Contractor and shall be deemed to have been included in its bid. The City is exempt from state and federal sales, use, transportation and excise taxes.
