Renovation of a multi-residential development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

All questions related to this RFQ are to be submitted via email to the CPD Procurement Unit at procurement@nycha.nyc.gov with the RFQ number as the Subject line by no later than 2:00 p.m. on December 14, 2021. Proposers will be permitted to ask additional questions at the Proposers' Conference. Responses to all submitted questions will be available for public viewing in Sourcing under the RFQ. Vendors shall electronically upload a single .pdf containing ALL components of the bid into iSupplier by the RFQ Bid Submission Deadline. NYCHA will NOT accept hardcopy Bids or bids via e-mail, fax, or mail. After Proposer registers for iSupplier, it typically takes 24 to 72 hours for Proposer's iSupplier profile to be approved. It is Vendors sole responsibility to complete iSupplier registration and submit its Bid before the RFQ Bid Submission Deadline. NYCHA is not responsible for delays caused by technical difficulty or caused by any other occurrence. For assistance regarding iSupplier please email procurement@nycha.nyc.gov. The Work of the Contract shall be under the direction and supervision of NYCHA Capital Project Division. The Contractor shall notify in writing, the designated Capital Projects Division Program Manager and the Property Manager of the Development of the date the Work shall begin. Such notification must be received by NYCHA Capital Projects Division at least two (2) business days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The Work under this Contract consists of but is not limited to the following items: Sidewalk sheds, temporary chain link or construction fences, and tree protection as required to perform the Work. Submittal of phasing and safety plans as required in Section 01 35 23 NYCHA Site Safety Requirements. All necessary temporary facilities, services and protections required in applicable Division 01 Sections as required to complete the Work described herein and on the Drawings. All demolition and removals described herein and specified in Section 02 41 19 "Selective Demolition and Removal" required to complete the Work. Salvage of equipment parts: Notify NYCHA in advance of any equipment that will be demolished for salvage. Coordination with third-party contractor performing concrete floor slab replacement work (except in the equipment rooms) in Buildings 11, 12 and 13. A. Building No. 5: 217 West 62nd Street, New York, NY 10023 6. Building No. 6: 217 West 63rd Street, New York, NY 10023 7. Building No. 7: 228 West 62nd Street, New York, NY 10023 8. Building No. 8: 229 West 62nd Street, New York, NY 10023 9. Building No. 9: 242 West 62nd Street, New York, NY 10023 10. Building No. 10: 241 West 62nd Street, New York, NY 10023 11. Building No. 11: 249 West 61st Street, New York, NY 10023 12. Building No. 12: 247 West 61st Street, New York, NY 10023 13. Building No. 13: 250 West 63rd Street, New York, NY 10023 Work Location: A.
