Site work for a water / sewer project in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of water main renewals for Daly Street North from Lorette Avenue to Pembina Highway, Dudley Avenue from Pembina Highway to 45.9m east of Daly Street North, Harkness Avenue from Stradbrook Avenue to Bell Avenue, Bell Avenue from Harkness Avenue to Arctic Street, and Spence Street from 52.2m north of Broadway to 27.0m south of St Mary Avenue. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Installation of approximately 725m of 150mm, 200mm, and 250mm diameter PVC water main by trenchless methods; (b) Abandonment or removal of existing water mains, hydrants and gate valves; (c) Installation of gate valves and hydrant assemblies; (d) Reconnection or renewal of water services connections; and (e) Restoration of pavement and boulevard areas.
