Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of two parts: (a) Part 1 - Local Street Renewals (b) Part 2 - New North West Hydro Corridor Active Transportation Pathway. Part 1 - Local Street Renewals shall consist of: (a) Concrete Pavement Rehabilitation (i) Buller Street - Gilbert Avenue to Manitoba Avenue (ii) Manitoba Avenue - Chudley Street to Keewatin Street (iii) Tecumseh Street - Alexander Avenue to Pacific Avenue (b) Asphalt Pavement Rehabilitation (i) Pacific Avenue - Sherbrook Street to Tecumseh Street Part 2 - New North West Hydro Corridor Active Transportation Pathway shall consist of: (a) New Multi-Use Pathway Construction (i) Northwest Hydro Corridor Pathway - From Church Avenue to Leila Avenue The City currently has not received issuance of the "Enter to Construct" agreement for Part 2 of the Work, but is anticipating receiving issuance from Manitoba Hydro by late May. Part 2 of the Work is contingent upon issuance of this agreement. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
