As of November 2, 2023, this project was cancelled and an architect was not awarded. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: A Request for Proposals (RFP) is being sought by Blackhawk Technical College located in Janesville, Wisconsin, from qualified and experienced professional to provide architectural and engineering design services for a potential Food and Beverage Processing Center at the Monroe Campus. Blackhawk Technical College invites qualified firms to submit sealed proposals for the above listed service. Questions regarding this RFP should be directed to Kris Byl at (608) 757-6328 or purchasing@blackhawk.edu Expenses incurred for the development of bids in response to this request will not be reimbursed by Blackhawk Technical College. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. As of December 2, 2021, the due date and time has been confirmed with the owner.
