Expected duration of the contract (in months): 36 The Center de services scolaire de la Capitale is asking for quotes for a maintenance and repair service for the air compressors in its establishments. The contract will come into force on January 21, 2022 for a period of one year with two (2) renewal options of one year each. All documents can only be obtained on the electronic tender website. Questions and requests for clarification relating to the tender documents must be sent at least three working days before the deadline set for receipt of tenders, by email , to Caroline Tremblay, tremblay.caroline@cscapitale.qc. ca . A bid security in a lump sum of $ 5,000.00 is required. Performance and Material Bond $ 5,000.00 is required. The deadline set for receiving complaints made to the school board under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, chapter C-65-1) is December 10, 2021. For the purposes of awarding the contract, only bids from suppliers having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement will be considered. All tenders must be made in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation respecting service contracts of public bodies. The School Service Center does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received.
