The City of Calistoga is requesting proposals to provide engineering, environmental, and permitting services for the Oak Street Pedestrian/Bicycle Footbridge Bridge Over Napa River Project. Qualified consulting firms are invited to submit proposals to assist in performing environmental studies, obtaining permits, preparing 100% construction bid level plans, specifications, and cost estimates (PSE), and providing construction management and inspection services. The construction management and inspection services are optional tasks that may be included at the City's discretion. It is anticipated that a civil engineering firm will lead the project with the support of an environmental firm. Consultants must submit: Five (5) bound copies of their proposal, one unbound reproducible copy and one electronic PDF copy. The proposal must be formatted in accordance with the instructions of the Request for Proposal. Promotional materials may be attached but are not necessary and will not be considered as meeting any of the requirements of this Request for Proposal. A work plan with proposed hours and a proposed fee estimate in a separate sealed envelope titled "Oak Street Pedestrian/Bicycle Footbridge Bridge Over Napa River Project - Fee Proposal". The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
