Site work for a mixed-use development in Plainfield, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.

As of February 7, 2022, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award not yet been established. Regular business hours at the Plainfield Fire Territory Headquarters are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The lap pool with the diving well needs to be cleaned and re painted including the logo on the bottom of the diving well. The slide exiting pool and the main wading pool need to be cleaned and re painted. The small kid wading pool needs to be cleaned and re painted. Each slide will receive new interior gel coating and exterior painting. Some minimal coping tile work and patching will be necessary. Copies of the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents are available for examining beginning at 10:00 a.m., local time, November 29, 2021 at the office of Banning Engineering, 853 Columbia Road, Suite 101, Plainfield, Indiana. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, please call the office to make an appointment, 317-707-3700. Bidders are encouraged to attend a Pre-bid Conference with representatives of the Owner, and Engineer to discuss the project and related requirements. Invitations will be sent out to all official plan holders at least 24 hours before the conference. INDIANA REQUIREMENTS: Standard Questionnaire Form 96, latest edition, shall be completely filled out and signed, including attachment of Contractor's Financial Statement as stipulated in Section III. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on Bid Forms and in the order as identified and contained in the Contract Documents obtainable from the offices as stated above. Each bid shall be accompanied by a completely filled out Form No. 96 and acceptable Bid Security. Any bid not accompanied by the aboverequired items shall be deemed a non-responsive bid. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within a period of 60 days following the date set for the receiving of bids. The Owner reserves the right to retain any and all bids for a period of not more than 60 days and said bid shall remain in full force and effect during said time. The Owner further reserves the right to waive informalities and to award the Contract, with or without alternatives, to any Bidder all to the advantage of the Owner or to reject all bids. Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable certified check made payable to the Town of Plainfield or an acceptable bid bond in the amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the total bid price executed by an incorporated surety company in good standing and qualified to do business in the State of Indiana and whose name appears on the most current Treasury Department Circular No. 570. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price will be required from the Contractor to whom the work is awarded.
