Renovation of an educational facility in Westerly, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of the work at Dunn's Corners Elementary and State Street Elementary includes but is not limited the abatement of 7,400 SF existing vinyl asbestos tile (VAT) with new vinyl composite tile (VCT) with new court striping and school logo. Hazardous material abatement is required; refer to hazardous material abatement plan in the project manual. Provide Westerly Public Schools Flooring Abatement and Replacement in accordance with RFQ 2021-067. At Dunn' s Corners Elementary School - 8 1/2 Plateau Road, Westerly, RI 02891. State Street Elementary School - 35 State Street, Westerly, RI 02891. Questions regarding this solicitation must be emailed and received by the Purchasing Agent at mbednarski@westerlyri.gov no later than high noon on Friday, December 10, 2021, in a Microsoft Word attachment with the corresponding solicitation number.
