All questions shall be directed to Andy Mogle in writing and will be accepted for addenda until December 22, 2021 at 2:00 PM in order to provide sufficient time for City to respond appropriately to addenda. The failure of a Bidder to submit acknowledgement of any addendum that affects the bid price(s) may be considered an irregularity and may be cause for rejection of the bid. The insurance requirements shall be found in these Bid Documents A (5%) five percent bid bond or security will be required as well as a (100%) one hundred percent payment and performance bond(s).
