Bids will be presented and reviewed at the Finance & Facilities Committee meeting of The School District of Haverford Township, December 9, 2021. It is expected that the Bids will be awarded to the lowest responsible Bidder(s) on December 16, 2021. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Surety Company's Bid Bond on the form provided in the Bid Documents, naming as payee or Obligee, The School District of Haverford Township in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid submitted. The Surety Company must be acceptable to The School District of Haverford Township. The School District of Haverford Township reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids, and to delete any item or portion of an item without affecting the bids on the remaining items or portion of items.
