The Agency for Community Empowerment of NEPA (ACE NEPA) is requesting bids for the Early Learning Program facility located at 312 William Street in Scranton. Davis Bacon Wages apply. Addendum #1 has been issued, as of December 16, 2021. Addendum #2 has been issues, as of December 23, 2021. Addendum #3 has been issued, as of 12-29-2021. Addendum #4 has been issued as of 1-3-2022. Addendum #3 INTENT: This Addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original Bidding Documents and Prior Addenda if any, as identified above. Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the Bid Form; failure to do so may subject Bidder to disqualification. CLARIFICATIONS: 1. “On the plans for Holy Rosary, sheet A4.1, under Finish Plan Notes , #3 says Floor Finish and Base By Owner. Is the owner supplying all flooring material? Please clarify. RESPONSE: The Base Bid should include amount for Contractor to provide all flooring materials and labor for entire area of work. Material shall be by name on drawing or equal. Alternate #1 is Deduct flooring for entire area of work. CHANGES TO SPECIFICATIONS None CHANGES TO DRAWINGS None END OF ADDENDUM No. 3
