The County of Lackawanna is requesting written proposals from qualified planning consultants and consulting firms to provide professional services for technical assistance in connection with the preparation of its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program for FFY 2019 - FFY 2025 and assistance in the administration of each of these program years. The County will offer a contract for a one (1) year period (Fiscal Year Program 2019 through Fiscal Year 2025). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
