**As of March 18, 2025, project was awarded to Wayco, Inc., awarded amount is $328,463.70. ** For the Lackawanna County Gordon Avenue Drainage Project The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Lackawanna County. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Question Deadline 02/20/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be received in writing or via internet email by the Architect/Engineer. The identity of the Bidder asking the question is not disclosed to other Bidders. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Architect/Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda not later than three (3) days before the bid opening date and transmitted to all registered bidders. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
