The work of this contract consists of the renovation and alterations to Buildings #8 and surrounding sitework as the Base Bid, and renovations and alterations to the Parking Lot above Building #8 as Alternate #1 at Valley View Terrace, 950 Pear Street, Scranton, PA of the Scranton Housing Authority in accordance with Plans and Specifications prepared by KBA Engineering, p.c., Project Architect/Engineer. Work Includes - HVAC Construction The Third Party Plan Review will be paid for by the Scranton Housing Authority. The Third Party Inspections and Permits required in the City of Scranton will be paid for by each separate Prime Contractor.
